We are looking for a neat tenant for our Tiny House in the sustainable Oosterwold district in Almere.The house is suitable for 1 person, not for couples. The rental is initially for a maximum of 1 year, but can be extended. Our preference is for a student in the final phase of study or a young working person/expat. The cottage has its own bathroom, a kitchen with a bar, a living room and a sleeping loft. There is a split air conditioner that heats in the winter and cools in the summer. The price is 1000,- excl. VAT. water/electricity/heating. We have recently had meters installed and have been able to look at the consumption. We estimate that the costs will be an average of 150 per month. It is a lovely cottage where we lived with great pleasure during the construction of our large house. The cottage stands on our 2400m2 land. If you like it, there is the possibility to get your own piece of (vegetable) garden. The site is still under construction, so a lot will change in the near future, such as decking around the houses. We have our own dog, cat and chickens that roam freely around the property. We have rented it out for over a year now and the cottage will be available again July 1st. It is now furnished/upholstered and also the kitchen is equipped with crockery/pans etc. In the attic there is access to a 1 person mattress with slatted base.
